
Le Repas botanique makes use of a staging that blends culinary emotions with development and re-appropriation of an eco-attentive approach, in close collaboration with a picker, a terroir, and varieties of local and seasonal wild herbs. A sensitive, sensory and playful approach to botanical knowledge that has gradually disappeared from our hyper-industrialised societies.
Guests will be invited to cut, chop, grind, crush, roll, savour, shell, taste, feel and chew wild herbs, thus participating in the creation of an experimental banquet.
