Fascinated by airships and the idea of floating in the air, Jean-Pierre David wonders why nature has not created aerostatic life forms. With Aérosculpture, he developed an artistic project based on helium. Since the mid-1990s, he has been designing all sorts of inflatable objects which he brings to life in light installations or large-scale aerial shows.
